No person who is affected with any disease in a communicable form or is a carrier of such disease shall work in any public or semi-public pool or health club and no such pool or club shall employ any such person or any person suspected of being affected with any disease in a communicable stage or of being a carrier of such disease. Any person having a skin disease, nasal or ear discharge, inflamed eyes or any communicable disease shall be excluded from public or semi-public pools and health clubs. A placard containing this section shall be posted in all toilet rooms used by employees and the public.
