I ordered the sign to be blank, for custom lettering configuration. When it arrived, the blank sign had a 1/2" angled cut mark along one of the long edges. My client had been waiting, so I used it. This wasn't, however, up to my company's usual standards. Where was HotelSign.com's quality control?
