I ordered and had to prepay for a Hampton Diamond Member parking set. After a month had passed I still had not received the sign and had not heard anything so I reached out and was told they were waiting on materials. Another week passed so I reached back out and was told the same thing. Then another week passed and right before I was going to reach out again the sign showed up. I just wish I could have been kept in the loop about the production issues without having to wonder and ask, especially since we had to prepay for the sign and it was not cheap. But at least we finally got it!
