I am a new GM and ordered these in March not knowing that my corporate office ordered similar ones in 2024 but never arrived until March. When my order came in, I realized the error and contacted your team immediately. I was told that due to this error, there will be a 40% restocking fee. I am in the service industry as well and this is outrageous.
