Sign arrived missing base (due to poor handling during shipping) I called and spoke to someone at Hotel Signs, I was instructed to send photos to a specific email address. I did that a couple weeks ago and have had no response. I also ordered over $1400.00 in signs over a month ago and have still not received them.
