Life-of-the-Building Guarantee & Claims Policy
At Home2 Suites Sign Store by HOTELSIGNS.com, we are more than just sign makers - we are Sign Artisans. We take
our craft seriously and use the highest-quality materials available to construct
our signs because we know you want your signage to last. We are confident
in the integrity of our products, and that confidence is reflected in our Life-of-
the-Building Guarantee.
Signs produced by Intersign are guaranteed for the life of the building once
properly installed. If, at any time during the life of your building, a sign requires
replacement due to a defect in materials or workmanship, Intersign will
replace or repair that sign free of charge. This guarantee applies exclusively to
manufacturing defects and craftsmanship issues and does not cover damage
resulting from shipping, handling, storage, installation, job site conditions,
improper cleaning or vandalism.
- Claims for shipping damage or missing items must be submitted in writing within forty-five (45) days of the documented delivery date, regardless of installation status.
- Items marked as delivered by the carrier but not reported as damaged or missing within this 45-day period will be considered accepted and are not eligible for replacement or credit.
- Damage resulting from extended storage, job site conditions, improper handling, or delayed unpacking is not covered under this policy.
The Life-of-the-Building Guarantee becomes effective upon proper installation
of the signage. Signs that are damaged, lost, or compromised prior to
installation are not covered under the Life-of-the-Building Guarantee and are
subject to the claims policy outlined above.
This policy allows us to continue delivering exceptional craftsmanship while
maintaining fair and consistent standards across all projects. It's a guarantee -
and a process - you can feel good about.
Signage should only be cleaned using a non-abrasive cloth (such as cotton or
microfiber towel) and a mild soap and a water solution. When cleaning signs,
gently wipe with the cleaning solution and blot dry.
