Quality Product - Unacceptabley Slow Service

Product was received and as described. This item, and the only item in my order, took over 2 months to receive from date of order. This is unacceptable in today's market and calls to obtain status inquiry resulted in short staffing as the reason. I will be considering alternate vendors for prior needs.
