At HOTELSIGNS.com, we work hard to develop an online system that allows you to customize your signage before ordering.
Each image acts as a preview and final proof so that you see an accurate and detailed example of how your sign will look. We strive for 100% accuracy on all of our products,
however, sometimes we make a mistake. If your items arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Please call us at 888-273-8726,
fill out the form located here, or send
an email directly to emailus@hotelsigns.com and our customer service team will be happy to assist you. We may request a picture of the
damaged or incorrect item for quality control purposes. In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged or incorrect item to our facility. If so, we will issue a call tag to
have the item picked up at your facility. Once the issue is determined, replacement products will ship in 5 business days or less.
If you find that you have ordered in error, we will happily accept your return and issue a credit minus a 40% restocking fee. Eligible returns should be in new condition and should

send an email directly to emailus@hotelsigns.com within 72 hours of receipt of the product to obtain a return authorization number.
Returns will be processed within 48 hours after we receive the returned item.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges.
