I paid $88 for a sign that says "Storage". For some reason this was a "custom" sign. It took 60+ days to receive my order. If you're going to be the main Hilton supplier you have to do better.

We are certainly doing our level best to return to our usual lead times for all orders to be completed between the 2-6 week mark that we had been accustomed to giving all of our customers. End of the year orders have us busting at the seams for our production calendars and each sign that is able to be customized (color choice and verbiage) does need to be made by hand by our skilled sign artisans from start to finish. We do sincerely apologize for not being able to meet your expectations or needs for timely order completion and we definitely value your opinion on this matter.
