point of contact was a awful person we had to deal with. Our purchase was with in guides for an approved sign. She clearly couldn't understand it was not a sign for guest view- but back offices. She changed the sign her self. Billed us more. Refused to listed, and would not process order for 2 weeks, as she took a week vacation in between, got back avoided emails for 4 days until i called her boss, then she got back to me with in 2 minutes. convenient eh? Awful vendor- praying I never need to order from them again.
